WHAT IS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Are you struggling to achieve your goals? or maybe your new to the gym? 1-2-1 PT seems to expensive but you need that help and guidance along with a programme tailored to you? Then Online Personal Training is your answer. 

 

Online PT is a cost effective way of having a personal trainer available to keep you motivated, on-track and working hard in order to get to where you want to be. 

So what does it include? An initial (free) consultation will help to create a completely tailored programme designed around you. You will have access to your 'LIVE' programme through your phone along with other information to help you along the way. We will track your progress and continue to develop so that you can maintain consistency and progress. You'll also receive nutritional advice and help, continued day-to-day support where we can connect and get through any barriers, weekly check-ins where we review your progress, and you can even join our group of fellow 'gym-goers' who are also part of SW FITNESS community
