1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING.

IF YOU WANT THE SUPPORT OF A PERSONAL TRAINER WITH A TAILORED PROGRAMME BASED ON YOUR GOALS, THIS IS THE OPTION FOR YOU. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING CLIENTS THROUGH ABERDEEN SPORTS VILLAGE WHERE THE SESSIONS WOULD TAKE PLACE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED I WOULD ADVICE TAKING A FREE CONSULTATION WHICH CAN BE ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE OR FACE TO FACE.

1-2-1 OR GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS ARE PURCHASED AS EITHER INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS OR BLOCKS OF 4 OR 8. EACH SESSION IS 1 HOUR LONG AND INCLUDES YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMME AND ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.
